Founder & Principal

Alireza brings more than 25 years of experience in solutioning and leading complex, enterprise‑level programs. Most recently, he served as the Customer Transformation Implementation Delivery Leader for a major energy retail company, and his background includes a decade at Accenture, delivering high‑value programs with significant budgets and large, multi‑disciplinary teams, consistently driving measurable business outcomes across diverse industries.

Today his focus is AI-enabled transformation: helping organisations work out where AI fits, what it's worth, and how to deliver it responsibly. He brings the same discipline to AI that complex programs demand, with clear outcomes, honest reporting and a plan the business can live with.
